Quality assurance measures

 

  • After the 6th session: participants carry out an initial assessment and the results are discussed with the client; the teacher also talks about the results with the participants.
  • After every 25th session, participants perform interim assessments or write a final assessment at the end of the course.
  • Monthly evaluation of the teaching reports, which are then passed on to the client
  • Regular feedback from and CEF ratings by our teaching staff

 

By taking these measures to assure quality, we can identify any undesirable developments right at the start of the training courses, so that we are able correct them at an early stage. Furthermore, thanks to the regular assessments, every participant has the chance to make suggestions, which we take into consideration as the case arises.

 

Results of the evaluations from 2002 to 2016

 

We would like to show you the result from the 4.087 initial assessments and the 10.548 interim and final assessments for the years from 2002 to 2016. The figures regarding the 'school grades' are expressed as a percentage. The "average grade" is expressed as a school grade.

These results are rather pleasing on the whole. What is noteworthy is the improvement of the results between the initial survey and the interim and final surveys.

We put this development down to the assessments and the all-round discussion of the initial surveys as well as to the interim surveys, which obviously lead to a continual improvement in the courses.
